Our Ingredients
We keep it simple: cacao nib, cacao butter, and maple sugar. That's it. No corn syrup, no fillers, no nonsense.
We use maple sugar as our sweetener which imparts subtle caramel and vanilla notes. It also has a glycemic index ~50% lower than corn syrup.

Hacienda Jean Marie
Puerto Rican nibs with banana flavor notes. Used in our 1st Batch 58%.
Oko Caribe
Organic Dominican Republic 2024 Harvest. Darker, smokier profile. Used in our Breakfast Bar.
Bean to Bar
Every step happens by hand — from roasting raw cacao beans in the oven, to cracking and winnowing with rolling pins and wooden spoons, to tempering and molding the final bars. This is craft chocolate made in New Jersey with care (and a healthy dose of irreverence).
