Sunday Test kitchen and SchMucks Corporate*

It’s been busy in the SchMucks kitchen over the past few weeks with several more test batches completed, wrapped and labeled. The Breakfast Bar is a 50% cacao concoction with a single origin coffee punch. It is a delightful afternoon pick me up. You would know this is true if you tried one.

On Sunday, after fueling up on bagels (as SchMucks do), a friendly SchMuck observing “the process” suggested seasoning the chocolate. Duh. So we put some schmutz on the SchMucks. We only made four. There probably should be more. We also created a few salty SchMucks bars - classic combo.

SchMucks Corporate* thinks they are getting closer to releasing their first gamefied SchMucks bar that will contain a collectable custom baseball card with a corresponding prize (or not) based on the card pull. SchMucks Corporate* promised that they would provide a blog update with more detail on the concept and timing soon.
